This bench-type capsuler is the simplest and efficient solution for the perfect application of long-type capsules for sparkling wine classical bottles.

The unit is including two bells, with boots inside made of special rubber material.

Details

 

  • The first boot is designed with inside grooves, to get the traditional four plies on the capsule.

  • The second one if totally smooth, to achieve a proper wiping of the capsule down the bottle neck.

  • The operator will need to insert the bottle - with the capsule on - inside the first bell, and then suddenly inside the second one : with this simple operation the capsule will be pleated and smoothed in a professional style.

  • No electric power is required, compressed air only.
